Modern design in the spotlight at Gallery Towns in Guelph
Award-winning builder Granite Homes has released another phase of townhomes in south Guelph at its Gallery Towns community.
Two stylish model homes are now open and showcase a corner unit as well as an interior unit. The latter comes complete with the upgraded elevator option that buyers can choose to have installed.
The models display something that comes standard with all Gallery Towns: modern design. The facades feature distinct black or grey clay brick, Maibec wood siding, stucco build-out and sleek metal cladding, all staples of a contemporary modernist style.
Gallery Towns features spacious 2,100-square-feet of open-concept layouts with nine-foot ceilings on both the ground and main levels. Every townhome includes a master bedroom balcony, private deck, private patio and an attached garage with one additional parking space.
The three-bedroom townhomes feature two full bathrooms — including a spa-like ensuite with frameless glass shower plus a desirable dual sink vanity.
These sizeable interiors include a powder room on the main floor, luxury finishes, such as granite counters found throughout and each floor will be bathed in natural light from numerous large windows.
Guelph has all the amenities you’d expect from an urban centre of its size, from big-box retail to restaurants and cafés. There’s a thriving arts community, too, and a number of independent bookstores, galleries and more. Residents who need to get to Toronto can simply jump on Highway 401 for easy access to the province’s capital.
